Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Before you order please measure all doorways and access to make sure your able to accept delivery of the massage chair. Front doors can vary in width, it is important to measure doorways and check the dimensions of our chairs before ordering. The chairs come ready made and we do not recommend disassembly.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on any order over £100. For orders less than £100 we would charge £4.99 for delivery.

With Standard Delivery/Free Delivery the delivery time is stated on the product information page. Delivery usually takes 2-7 working days to arrive. Delivery is kerbside only. If you require 2 man delivery service please contact us for further details.

If we attempt to make a delivery on the delivery date that you have accepted and no one is present to receive the goods, necessitating a repeat delivery, you will incur a repeat delivery charge of £50, which must be paid prior to the redelivery even if the original delivery was free of charge. This repeat delivery charge will also apply if you cancel an agreed delivery date less than two working days prior to the agreed date

Orders are normally despatch within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, Monday to Friday(unless otherwise stated). If your order is placed on the weekend, your order will be sent on the Monday.

If a product requires a longer despatch or delivery time, we will state this on the product page.


DELIVERY ACCESS

The customer will be responsible for providing our delivery partners with access to the address as necessary for the delivery. You must also ensure that access is available for a large lorry. Please contact us if a small vehicle is required to make the delivery. Please also inform us of any road inaccessible to delivery van, parking permits required for successful delivery.

Where there is any doubt we suggest you conduct a site survey prior to placing your order and make us aware of any issues so we can discuss the best solution.CANCELLATION AND RETURNS PROCEDURE

You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive your delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Zero Massage Chairs via email with full details of your order. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

If you wish to cancel this contract once your order has been dispatched please note the following procedure will apply:

Should you wish to return a furniture item we will arrange to collect this item from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge. The collection charge will be the same cost as the original delivery charge levied and will be deducted from the refund value when processed. If the original delivery charge was free then a charge of £50 for the collection will be charged.

Please note we can only accept returns if the item is in original packaging.

Zero Massage Chairs reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, and commercial cancellations will a 30% re-stocking charge may be applied.

You will be reimbursed to the card with which you paid for the goods once the goods have been received back into our Distribution Centre. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. It would be the customers responsibility to ensure the furniture is packaged well for transport. We would recommend customers keeping any important packaging such as the large boxes.

REFUSAL OF REFUND

Zero Massage Chairs reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition. Products which fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty;

Any goods made to a customer’s own specifications, made to measure or personalised items

Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed

This does not affect your statutory rights

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED FURNITURE DELIVERIES

It is important to check the product for damages upon delivery. If you do find a fault or damage please sign for the goods as damaged or refuse the goods. If you sign for the goods with no comments, this means the goods have been received in satisfactory condition. It is very important to check the goods before signing for it. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately and ideally within 1-2 days of receiving the goods. Any issues reported after 2 days may not be accepted, however we would always do our best to help. In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within via email at sales@zeromassagechairs.co.uk immediately.
